How to do Kegel exercises

To find a right muscle insert your finger inside your vagina and Insert a finger inside your vagina and try to squeeze kegel muscles if you feel pressure due to your squeeze than you are at the right place. This should make your pelvic muscle to move upward and your vagina should feel tightening. Stretch your muscle and relax.
You can also check your PC muscle by stopping your flow of urine when you urinate. Stop urinating as you urinate intentionally then you will feel the pressure on the muscle that is working to stop your urine that is your pc muscle.
Once you have identified your Pelvic muscle contract and relax your muscle for 10seconds at a time and relax for 10 seconds. Exercise this for 10 repetitions.  Then contract your muscle for 5 seconds and relax and start doing this exercise with 5 to 10 repetition. Concentrate only on your pelvic region don’t flex any other muscles be careful on this. Don’t flex your other muscles like thighs, buttocks or abdomen. Careful not to hold your breath during your exercise, you should breath freely during your exercise while doing your exercise contracting and relaxing muscles.
You can practice this exercise at any time while doing your routine work such as checking mails, way to office, preparing meals or watching TV. Try to do this exercise for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day.

When to expect results 

Kegel exercise can give you good result in short time if you do your exercise honestly for 3 to 4 weeks.
